Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to Schengen Area. Shipping charges for international orders will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times for international orders:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days
Customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.ElmiraBeautyMilano.com is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed during or after shipping.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@elmirabeautymilano.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to countries outside the Schengen Area.
6. Damaged or Lost Goods
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@elmirabeautymilano.com. Please include your order number and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the damaged package). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
